Every systems analyst knows that many people cannot properly articulate what they want in a computer system. That's because they really don't know. This was especially true for Gene Louis as he was trying to find someone to help him build this companion website to the book.

After (seemingly) looking at every web site on the planet without finding a style that he liked, he attempted to build his own web site without any patterns. It was a failure.

So he asked an illustrator to help him design the site that he wanted from scratch. With the help of this illustrator, Gene was able to learn enough to use an elementary web building program. When combined with the suggestions of the illustrator, Gene finally  began to see a site that was close enough to his initial vision to be useful. Hence, this Citizen Control web site.

The name of this illustrator is:

Guru Subrahmanyam

As soon as we can persuade him to send us a digital photo of himself, we will post it here.

There will be other contributors posted here from time to time, but Guru  was responsible for the tipping point that made it seem that everything was really possible.
